After years of city life and working in the corporate world, Mark Dawidowicz, a passionate coffee enthusiast and partner Geoffrey Lessard, have made the bold decision to leave the hustle and bustle behind to pursue a dream of launching a coffee roasting company in the serene landscapes of Northumberland County. Porch Dog Coffee launched June 2024, offering premium small batch handcrafted coffee sourced from premium grown beans from a variety of regions around the world, delivering a unique and flavorful experience to coffee lovers in the region.
Founded on the love of coffee and animal wellness, Porch Dog Coffee is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of animals. A portion of their proceeds is donated to animal wellness organizations, supporting their efforts to provide care and shelter to animals in need, hence their motto – Brew for a Cause!
Since their launch, Porch Dog Coffee has donated over $1000+ dollars to both dog and cat wellness organizations, impacting many animals and families. They look to push the donation objectives of supporting such organizations in 2025 by launching new campaigns that will double their contributions and expand their outreach to even more animal organizations in need.
